Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Renpho apparel, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and place the packing slip inside your return package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
